  • Kim Flores.

    Instructor

Kimberly was born and raised in San Diego. She grew up dancing competitively, and spent several years dancing professionally for the NFL. She's attended and performed in the Chinese New Year parade in Hong Kong, and she has had the opportunity as a guest choreographer to teach international dancers in Hawaii during Probowl. Kim attended her first Pilates class in 2013. Ever since then she has been hooked on the practice. Infact, she was so hooked that she continued Pilates throughout the greater duration of her pregnancy. It's the sole workout she genuinely looks forward to showing up for. Kim moved to Temecula with her husband and son in 2016, and they've been loving it ever since! She's excited to work in the community she calls home, and to help spread the Pilates word!
